Job Coaching Program/Agency: BRIDGES Employment Resource Center, Active Generations Date: Flexible Time: Flexible Location: Active Generations BRIDGES is seeking a volunteer to assist with job coaching. People who have worked in HR or in a career coach position would be a great match for this position; would also consider someone with management experience. Job includes 1x1 time with the client, working on resumes, interviewing, on-line applications, etc. This individual would also lead workshops on various job search topics. Generally, the Coaches choose the times they are available, and clients are scheduled accordingly. The hours required vary; most coaches volunteer 6-8 hrs. a month. We are very flexible, and our existing coaches are very good at helping out with schedule changes. To volunteer, express Interest below.
