Volunteer United
As of November 1st, 2022, the Volunteer Connections program through the Helpline Center is partnering with the Brookings Area United Way and the Brookings volunteer program will be called Volunteer United.
The Brookings Area United Way will be taking on the day to day operations of the program and the Helpline Center will be supporting the United Way staff and providing the online database software.
Volunteer United provides the community with ways to connect with volunteer opportunities as well as offer non-profit organizations volunteer recruitment assistance and support for volunteer managers.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to meet new friends, help others and make a difference in the community. The Helpline Center is here to assist you in finding an opportunity that is fun and fulfilling for you and beneficial to the community.
