Terms & Conditions For Partner Agencies
Helpline Center Volunteer Connections program of the Sioux Empire, Black Hills, and Brookings County in South Dakota permits the free use of our volunteer website and the establishment of a link to your website provided you accept the Terms and Conditions listed below. By registering your agency on this site, you agree to consent to the following terms. From time to time these Terms and Conditions may be revised by updating this document and posting it on the website. The Helpline Center reserves the right to request additional clarifying information or to automatically remove an organization or entity from the volunteer website if the organization or entity fails to comply with any of the Terms and Conditions. Helpline Center further reserves the right to discontinue the use of its website at any time but will attempt to provide notice in advance of such change.
-
You are solely responsible for posting/updating your agency content. Your agency/opportunities then go through an approval process. The process usually takes about 48 hours. If an agency does not have Internet access, they may contact the Helpline Center Volunteer Connections Staff for help in entering the information. Simply dial 2-1-1 and you will be put in contact with our Volunteer Connections Staff.
Registration is free. All agencies that list opportunities with the Helpline Center warrant that they are legally incorporated nonprofits or government entities, schools or faith-based organizations. The Helpline Center reserves the right to refuse any agencies whose volunteer programs' missions and purposes it finds contrary to the spirit of volunteerism. No agency shall have a right to dispute or seek damages against Helpline Center for such refusal. -
Organizations must comply with all requirements in Local, State, and Federal law governing employment and disability discrimination.
