Meals on Wheels Delivery Drivers
Meals on Wheels delivers 550+ meals to the homebound seniors of the Sioux Empire each weekday. Each day, we need volunteers to fill 25 routes. Route pick-up time is between 10:30 am-11:00 am Monday-Friday and routes take about an hour to 1 ½ hours to deliver. Our volunteers not only provide our participants with a hot meal but also offer wellness checks and companionship to individuals who may not otherwise receive any human interaction during the day. We find routes to fit our volunteers' busy schedules, we also offer volunteers to be on our sub list (pick up routes as needed).
