SHIINE counselors are trained to provide Medicare Beneficiaries and others that care for them, information and assistance on the following topics: Medicare Part A and B, Medicare Part C Medicare Advantage Plans, Medicare Part D Prescription drug coverage, Medigap insurance also known as supplemental insurance, Long Term Care Insurance, Medicare Savings Programs and extra help programs, Medicare Summary Notices, and filing appeals or exceptions. SHIINE is not affiliated with any company that sells or distributes a product or service. It is committed to providing free confidential unbiased information to Medicare consumers.
