Call to Freedom is a non-profit organization that provides supportive services for individuals who have been subjected to sex trafficking or sexual exploitation by creating a strong network of front-line providers who offer safe housing, mental health counseling, medical assistance, addiction treatment, transportation, and other supportive services. Along with the safe housing services that Call to Freedom has, we also have a transitional housing program called Marissa’s Project that serves adult women who have been subjected to sex trafficking or sexual exploitation. With Marissa’s Project, not only are women offered shelter, they are also provided with access to supportive services such as occupational therapy, case management, counseling, transportation, advocacy, addiction treatment, employment search and training, and other supportive services. Ultimately, the goal for Marissa’s project is for these women to successfully transition into the community as productive and self-sufficient members.
