Through education, farming, community, and family support opportunities will be created be created to promote social, emotional, physical and vocational growth for a population that requires more assistance in mastering these areas of their lives. Special attention will be directed to the young adult sector aged 18-25 to assist in integration into society with maximum opportunities for independence, fulfillment, and self sufficiency
