Their actions are supported by a shared measurement system, mutually reinforcing activities, and ongoing communication, and are staffed by an independent backbone organization. Together, Rapid City Collective Impact (RCCI) will catalyze and harness the talent, skill, and perspective of grass roots citizens, businesses, nonprofits, government and non-profit communities, creating collaborative ways where everyone contributes to improve life and living in Rapid City.
