East Central Literacy Council
We provide training for adults to need to increase their English Language skills to the pre GTE level. This is for English Only and English Language Learners. In addition we Provide the Books for Babies packets for each child from the United Way Service Area. We assist RSVP volunteers with purchase of materials for the ESL classes they teach.
