Move Well Sioux Falls and The Blue Move 5K Run/Walk
Come be a part of the first annual Move Well Sioux Falls event celebrating all of the resources in our community that help residents and visitors be active and healthy! More than 20 organizations are bringing nearly 40 "sampler classes" to Riverdale Park on Saturday, August 11, from 9am until noon. We need volunteers to help us with the event logistics that day, including helping participants complete participation waivers, directing attendees to the various events, helping to monitor the activities and more! This event is FREE to the public.
In addition, the morning will start with The Blue Move 5K run/walk.This run does have a registration fee, but all proceeds will be used to help fund colonoscopies for underserved patients at Falls Community Health. We will need assistance with race set-up, on-site registration, water stations and other tasks.
