SHIINE Medicare Help
Are you someone who enjoys working with others and loves a challenge? Do you have some knowledge of computers and the Internet? If so, SHIINE (Senior Health Information and Insurance Education) is looking for volunteers like you!
As a SHIINE volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of Medicare beneficiaries in South Dakota. You'll assist senior citizens and disabled individuals with a variety of Medicare-related tasks, including comparing drug plans, applying for financial assistance, resolving billing issues, and answering questions related to Medicare. You may also be asked to help with data input, filing, and other office-related tasks.
Don't worry if you don't have experience with all of these tasks. SHIINE offers training and support to all volunteers. Plus, volunteering with SHIINE is a great way to give back to your community while also gaining valuable skills and experience.
