Description: The Salvation Army is in need of a volunteer or volunteers to assist with the pick-up of Angel Tree gifts from the Empire Mall and deliver them to the warehouse site. The Salvation Army Angel Tree starts the day after Thanksgiving and runs until Christmas Eve. The Salvation Army is required to pick up donated gifts on a daily basis from the Empire Mall. It would be ideal to have a team of volunteers who could assist with this daily task so that each person is only responsible for one pick up day a week. Due to the high volume of activities taking place at The Salvation Army during the holiday season, partners are needed to assist with this vital task. Volunteer opportunity requires the completion of a Volunteer Application and Motor Vehicle form along with a Background Check and online Safe from Harm Volunteer training.
