The Helpline Center recruits volunteers for non-profit, social service and government agencies in the Sioux Empire, Black Hills, and Brookings County.
Each year, the Helpline Center makes over 75,000 contacts related to volunteerism. Most of those contacts come through this online database system, which highlights hundreds of needs for volunteers at local agencies.
Your organization is invited to register your agency and list your volunteer openings on this site. There is no cost to use this service.
Just follow the steps below to get started.

Please read the Helpline Center's Terms & Conditions of Use for this site and HandsOn Connect's Terms of Use for this site first.

Then, click Sign Up/Registration to enter your agency's information. By registering with this site, you are agreeing to all terms and conditions for using this site set by both the Helpline Center and HandsOn Connect.

The Helpline Center will approve your agency listing within two business days and send you login information and instructions.

At that time, you are welcome to enter details about your volunteer needs.

The Helpline Center will review each opportunity listing and then approve it to go live on this site. If your listing violates any terms and conditions requirements, your listing will not be published.
* It's important to note that the Helpline Center does not screen, interview or process volunteers using this site or registered with this site in any way. We are a referral-only service.
