The Great Plains Tribal Health's Home Visiting Program presents the Healthy Families Carnival & needs YOUR help! There will be many family-friendly games and activities for all ages, including, face-painting, inflatables, arts & crafts, games, food (& sundaes for volunteers!) & more.
