Looking for a hands‑on way to give back as a group? Our groundskeeping volunteer opportunity offers a meaningful way for teams to work together and make an immediate, visible impact in the community.
Once or twice a month during the summer, volunteer teams help care for the outdoor spaces surrounding the Club for Boys Thrift Store. Tasks include watering plants, pulling weeds, picking up litter, and tending to landscaping that helps keep the area welcoming and safe.
This is a great opportunity for coworkers, friends, families, or service groups looking to connect, collaborate, and contribute to something bigger than themselves.
By maintaining the grounds of the thrift store, your team is directly supporting the Club for Boys and helping ensure resources remain focused on serving youth ages 6–17 through meals, programs, sports, and safe after‑school spaces. Your time and energy help create an environment that supports kids and families every day.
No special skills are required — just a willingness to work together, get a little dirty, and make a difference.
