Make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth navigating challenging circumstances. The Pathways to Healing & Resilience Program is seeking compassionate mentors to support young people ages 15–19 who are involved in gun-related offenses.
Mentors will facilitate small group sessions of 5–10 participants, meeting once every three weeks from 3:30–5:30 PM at MWI Health (317 Main St., Downtown Sioux Falls).
This program is rooted in a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, creating a safe and supportive space for growth, accountability, and healing. Individuals with lived experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as authentic connection and understanding are key to this work. Step into a role that helps guide youth toward resilience, restoration, and a more hopeful future.
