Volunteers in this role will assist with the smooth flow of donations between The Foster Network’s closet and warehouse. This position ensures donations are efficiently moved, organized, and prepared for processing by the donation team.
Responsibilities include:

Transporting donations from the closet to the warehouse

Laying out donations on the donation table in preparation for the donation crew

Bringing empty black carts from the warehouse to the closet to facilitate the transport of additional donations

Ensuring items are handled carefully and organized appropriately for processing

Communicating with staff regarding donation needs or logistics

Ability to safely lift and carry items as needed

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical role

Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with staff and volunteers
Schedule & Commitment:

This is a weekly volunteer opportunity

Each shift is a 2-hour time slot

Volunteers may choose their preferred day and time during store hours

Available Monday through Thursday
