Volunteers in this role will help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse at The Foster Network. This position supports daily operations by ensuring the warehouse is sanitary, safe, and ready for incoming donations to be processed and distributed.
Responsibilities include:

Performing routine cleaning tasks in the warehouse, including:

Sweeping and mopping floors

Dusting surfaces

Vacuuming
-
Cleaning bathrooms
-
Removing trash and replacing liners
-

Bringing donations from the closet to the warehouse for processing

Taking “pay it forward” items to the trailer for redistribution

Removing cobwebs and maintaining a safe, orderly environment
Skills & Expectations:

Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Comfortable performing routine physical tasks, including lifting and moving donations
Schedule & Commitment:

This is a weekly volunteer opportunity

Each shift is a 2-hour time slot

Volunteers may choose their preferred day and time during store hours

Available Monday through Thursday
