Volunteers in this role will manage the Off-Season and Backstock Room at The Foster Network. This position focuses on organizing, verifying, and maintaining seasonal inventory to ensure all items are properly stored and ready for future use.
Responsibilities include:

Organizing totes and items in the Off-Season/Backstock Room

Ensuring all items are sorted by correct size, gender, condition, and season

Checking items for wear or damage and reporting concerns to staff

Lifting and arranging storage totes, including placing totes on shelving units above head level (up to 25 lbs)

Maintaining an orderly and accessible storage space

Communicating with staff regarding inventory needs, overstock, or shortages
Skills & Expectations:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to safely lift and carry up to 25 lbs, including overhead placement

Ability to follow inventory and storage procedures

Comfort working independently in a storage environment

This is a weekly volunteer opportunity

Each shift is a 2-hour time slot

Volunteers may choose their preferred day and time during store hours
