Volunteers in this role will be responsible for maintaining the Youth/Preteen Girls section of The Foster Network’s closet. This position focuses on organization, presentation, and inventory balance to ensure children have access to a dignified, well-stocked, and thoughtfully arranged clothing selection.
Responsibilities include:

Managing and maintaining the Youth/Preteen Girls section of the closet

Organizing clothing by color shading to ensure a visually cohesive and accessible layout

Verifying accurate sizing and proper placement of all items

Analyzing inventory to ensure a full and balanced array of colors, styles, and sizes

Cleaning and maintaining the assigned section, including racks and shelving

Stocking and restocking items to keep the section full and organized
Skills & Expectations:

Strong attention to detail and visual organization

Ability to assess inventory balance and identify gaps in sizing or color availability

Ability to work independently while following established closet standards

Commitment to creating a respectful and dignified experience for youth and preteen girls
Schedule & Commitment:

This is a weekly volunteer opportunity

Each shift is a 2-hour time slot

Volunteers may choose their preferred day and time during store hours

Available Monday through Thursday
