Volunteer Opportunity: Fall Benefit Event Helpers

4:30 PM – 7:00 PM

Join us in making our 23rd Annual Fall Benefit a success! We’re looking for friendly, energetic volunteers to help create a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Volunteer Roles:

Event Setup: Help prepare the space before guests arrive.

During the Event (4:30–7:00 PM):
-
Greet guests as they arrive

Usher guests to tables
-
Serve coffee
-
Assist with Heads & Tails / Golden Ticket sign-ups

Event Teardown (6:50 PM – 7:30 PM): Help clean up and pack up materials at the end of the night.
Volunteer Needs:
-
During Event: 5 volunteers
-
Teardown: Larger group of volunteers (great for student or service groups!)
This is a great opportunity for students or community members who enjoy teamwork, event hospitality, and serving for a good cause.
