Volunteer Opportunity: Winterizing at Tomar Park!
Is your company, community group, or organization looking for a meaningful way to give back this fall? We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with winterizing for the season.
DETAILS:
· What: General cleanup, along with removal of tennis court windscreen.
· Where: Tomar Park—100 W. Twin Oaks Road – meet at the shelter near the tennis courts.
· When: Pick a weekday date and time, between October 13-24.
· Who: Ideal for groups of 5–20 people. Volunteers the age 16+.
· Why: Help prepare for winter! (may require getting up on a ladder)
Please bring your own work gloves, water bottle, closed-toed shoes and dress accordingly for weather and getting dirty.
