Responsibilities:
- Engage in friendly conversation, reminiscence, or simply offer a calm presence
- Take walks or sit together in shared spaces
- Participate in simple activities like puzzles, music, reading aloud, or looking at photos
- Offer gentle encouragement and reassurance as needed
- Follow safety protocols and guidance from staff when interacting with residents
