We're looking for Employment Helper Volunteers to work one-on-one with parents to:
✅ Build or update resumes ✅ Navigate online job applications ✅ Practice interview skills ✅ Offer encouragement and job-seeking tips
Time Commitment: Flexible hours – weekdays and weekends available
- Even just 1–2 hours per week can make a lasting difference!
Skills Needed:
- Patience and empathy
- Basic knowledge of job search tools
- Good communication
- Experience in HR, hiring, or job coaching a plus (but not required!)
