We’re looking for volunteers to assist with light meal prep and service for the families staying with us.
What You'll Do:
CFF provides continental-style dinner, where items are set out for families to serve themselves.
- Volunteers help with: Setting up dinner (e.g., laying out items)
- Preparing sandwiches or simple meals
- Picking up dinner – a great option if you’re only available for an hour or two! Grab the food premade at Bishop Dudley's downtown location and bring it to Center for Families
- Assisting with light dinner prep in the late afternoon, such as making salad, garlic toast, or plating food for serving

Your support helps ensure that families facing challenging circumstances have consistent access to nourishing meals in a respectful, home-like environment. Even a small time commitment can make a big impact.
