Developed by the Sioux Falls Thrive Housing Action Team, the project goal is to establish a no-cost or low-cost community-wide system for providing basic tenant education in a neighborhood-based model. This program supports individuals and families in their understanding of their rights, responsibilities, and potential as tenants and possible future homeowners.
A set up crew member sets up and breaks down event spaces, including tables, chairs, and decorations. They ensure that event spaces are clean and organized, and that events run smoothly. Specific duties include:
- Setting up Greeter/Check in Table.
- Setting up classroom setting to accommodate CHEC. Provide an area for each attendee to have a table and chair.
