We are excited to pilot the first food box distribution on Saturday, March 4th and we are asking for volunteers to pack the boxes and distribute them to make it a success. The goal is to limit the food insecure population by passing out 200 boxes with food to those in need. We need 10 people to help pack the food boxes at the Salvation Army Thrift Store, 621 E. St. Patrick St., from 10:00-noon on Thursday, March 2nd.
Volunteers are also needed to help hand out the boxes from three different sites on Saturday, March 4th between 9:00-12:00pm, depending on how quickly they are picked up. The locations will be determined this week.
