Unleash your wild side at Great Plains Zoo for this one-night-only 21+ evening event on July 27, from 3:00 pm-7:30 pm. The evening will be full of food trucks, lawn games, a raffle of zoo experiences, and adult beverages. With the entire zoo available to explore, bring a friend or two to experience the magic of the natural world!
The Great Plains Zoo is looking for volunteers to assist with helping run the event smoothly. Opportunities Include:
- WAYFINDER: These volunteers will be directing attendees to the Back 40 throughout the evening so that they can find their seats and be present for food, drinks, program, and raffle drawings! Way finders will be stationed at the following places along the route: Snow Monkeys, Pollinator Gardens, Carosel, Roundabout, Boardwalk, and Back40 Entrance
- VET BUILDING GREETER: The Volunteer will be stationed outside the Vet Building to ensure guests are not taking food or drinks inside.
- TABLE HOST: Greet guests on the Back 40 and direct and/or walk them to their assigned table. A layout map will be provided that explains the assigned tables
