SET UP CREW (3-5PM) 5*

- Arrive early to unload supplies and equipment
- Move supplies to designated areas
- Set up equipment (tables, chairs, signage on route, water station, etc.)
- Assist DJ In Setting Up
REGISTRATION (12:30-5 PM) 6*

- Assist Setup At Beginning
- Greet guests
- Check-In pre-registered participants
- Register day of event registration participants
- Bag runners
CROSSING GUARDS (3:30-7 PM) 6-8*

- Greet guests
- Ensure participants safely cross 11th St and 3rd Ave
- Guide guests to Fawick Park and event programming
- After program starts, transition to REGISTRATION CLEANUP CREW (Could be done around 6pm potentially)
ROUTE GUIDES (4:00-6:30 PM) 10-12*

- Stand Along Bike Trail Intersections
- Cheer on Participants
- Guide Participants Along Route
EVENT FLOAT (3:30-7PM) 2*

- Odd Jobs
- Floats To Different Areas Based On Need
CLEAN UP CREW (5-7 PM) 5*

- Wipe down equipment and supplies as needed
- Breakdown equipment (tables, chairs, signage, etc.)
- Load supplies and equipment into vehicles
- Assist DJ In Tear Down
