Who We Are
The Upper Midwest Chapter provides support, information and connections to those affected by multiple sclerosis so they can live their best lives. Our chapter serves Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota through events and connections which celebrate achievements and raise funds to move us closer to our vision — a world free of MS.
