Central States Fair, Inc.

Central States Fair, Inc. is a non-profit member-driven organization that produces the Central States Fair, Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo annually, along with managing the Central States Fairgrounds through a partnership with Pennington County.

Central States Fair, Inc. operates the Pennington County Fairgrounds in Rapid City, South Dakota, hosting over 350 events annually. As a non-profit, member-driven organization, they organize major regional gatherings including the annual Central States Fair and the Black Hills Stock Show & Rodeo®.
