Family Connection

Family Connection owns and operates a Hospitality House where family and friends of inmates may stay up to four nights when in Sioux Falls visiting their incarcerated loved one. Our guests have come from 48 states and six countries - from as far away as England. Children's Connection is an adjunct program for the children who have a parent in prison. This program includes support groups in 8 Sioux Falls public elementary schools and 3 middle schools, and quarterly family events. Project Family Connect provides free counseling through the Marriage & Family Therapy Clinic to anyone having any association with incarceration. This could be any or all of the family members who have a loved one incarcerated or an inmate who was recently released into society and/or his family.
