The mission of Dow Rummel Village is to provide friendly, secure retirement living that meets the ever-changing needs of a diverse population in a community sustained by Christian spirit and service. As the first retirement community in Sioux Falls, Dow Rummel Village has seen its share of change since the community was established in 1963. Dow Rummel has 113 independent apartments, 32 independent living/assisted living apartments, 35 assisted living apartments, 13 memory care beds, and 50 nursing home beds. We have many amenities and services to complete a ‘resort-style’ way of life, here at Dow Rummel.
