http://www.helplinecenter.org/salsaThe Serve and Learn Student Association is a fun, rewarding and potentially life changing service organization that connects high school students with volunteer opportunities. Students should consider joining SALSA because you can: meet new people and make new friends; learn new skills and explore potential careers; become familiar with various non-profit organizations; receive recognition for volunteer work; participate when it works in to your schedule; access scholarship and leadership opportunities; help others in need... and make a difference! The Helpline Center is currently operating SALSA clubs at WHS, RHS, LHS, JFHS and BVHS. There is no membership fee to join. Students from other schools are welcome to receive our weekly emails to learn about opportunities specifically for high school students.
