In a spirit of community cooperation, Carroll Institute works to provide leadership and expertise in alcohol and drug abuse prevention and treatment. Carroll Institute provides prevention education, intensive prevention courses, assessment and referral, intensive outpatient treatment, male and female low-intensity residential housing programs, aftercare programs, family therapy, and a South Dakota Safe Drivers Course for those individuals who have experienced a DUI and Multiple Offenders Program (MOP).
