Embrace Your Inner Artist: Brookings Art Council Art Factory

Love art? Want to join and help others who love art? The Brookings Arts Council's Art Factory is comprised of artists with disabilities that meet every Wednesday and Friday to create works for fun and for sale. The Art Factory meets from 12:30-2pm. Volunteers are welcome and encouraged to join to help out at these great meetings. Please wear clothes that can be loved by art supplies...sometimes it can get messy!

More about the BAC: For more than 48 years the Brookings Arts Council has pursued its mission of "encouraging community connections through the arts by providing a supportive environment for awareness, appreciation, and participation." The BAC strives not only to entertain and educate the public but also to increase opportunities for artists to gain recognition.
