Home Fire Disaster Responder - Black Hills
Home Fire Disaster Responder Program/Agency: American Red Cross Date: Volunteers are asked to take three shifts per month. T Time: Must be available for eight hour on-call shifts (8:00am – 4:00pm, 4:00pm – midnight, or midnight - 8:00am) Provide comfort and assistance to families affected by a home fire through the Red Cross assistance programs. Meet with families who have lost their home in a fire and help arrange for lodging, food and clothing in the first hours after the disaster. Volunteers also provide drinks and snacks to first responders at the scene. . raining provided free of charge and background check required. To volunteer, Express Interest below.
