Volunteer: Gift Shop Volunteer
Custer Senior Center, Custer SD is looking for a person to work one day per week as a gift shop volunteer. Any Monday through Friday is available.
Duties to include opening the gift shop and greeting guests, explaining the available product for sale, ringing up items, cash/credit card handling, visual display of new product, talking with the consigners who sell in the gift shop, and following management instructions.
The gift shop is for the benefit of all members and to support the Senior Center. Proficiency in english is desired and the gift of gab is always welcome! The position can be sitting or standing by personal comfort level, and some cash handling skill is beneficial but not mandatory for ther right person.
