Volunteer: Stampede's Kid's Takeover Night for Make-A-WishMake-A-Wish South Dakota & Montana needs volunteers to help with this exciting event on Saturday, April 4th, starting at 4:15 PM sharp at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. We’re looking for 20 volunteers to work in pairs selling raffle tickets before and during the game for a chance to win jerseys right off the players' backs! Doors open at 5 PM, and the game starts at 6:05 PM. Volunteers will sell tickets around the arena through the middle of the second period and are welcome to stay for the rest of the game. Youth volunteers are welcome! Ages 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult.Ages 16 and up may sell in pairs.Each volunteer receives complimentary game tickets. Airport greeters meet and welcome wish families at the airport, help departing wish families with check in and security or assist arriving wish families with baggage and locate their pre-arranged limousine or rental car; greeters also welcome families home from their trip by supporting them with their baggage and locating their ground transportation. These volunteers help to ease any concerns the wish family has about navigating the airport and airline travel. The ultimate goal is to ensure the wish family is comfortable and stress-free as they begin or end their wish experience.
