Volunteer: Senior Box Delivery DriverNeed: We are looking for someone who is interested in serving in a back-up capacity for delivering Senior Commodities boxes. Program Details: The Senior Commodities program supplies adults 60 and older and living on a limited income with a monthly pre-packaged box of non-perishable food items each month that is designed to supplement nutrients that are typically lacking in their diets. Volunteer Details: The volunteer interested in this position will need to be able to lift 30 pounds, take/pass a background check, and drive with a current license. This position will serve more as a back-up capacity in case a current driver will be unavailable during the typical delivery time (1pm-3pm, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month).
