Meal Service Volunteers are an essential part of the Wings of Valor Lodge hospitality team, helping to serve, and clean up after meals during veteran hunting weekends. Volunteers contribute to a welcoming, family-style dining experience while ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and guest comfort.
Duties: Set tables for buffet or family-style service. Greet and serve guests in a warm, respectful manner, Clear dishes, and maintain a clean dining area. Wash dishes and assist with kitchen cleanup. Follow safety guidelines and instructions from the Food Service Team
Skills, Experience & Abilities: Friendly, team-oriented attitude with a heart for serving veterans. Ability to follow directions and uphold basic food safety standards. Comfortable interacting with guests and standing or moving for extended periods. Kitchen experience or familiarity with food service is helpful but not required.
