Hobo’s Healing Heart is currently seeking long-term volunteers to serve on our Event Planning Committee. These year-round volunteer positions may lead to opportunities to serve on our Board of Directors and/or Grant Application Committee for interested individuals.
Event Planning Committee members are expected to actively participate in our smaller community events and our annual three-part 0.5K Trifecta Fundraiser series. The 0.5K events are our largest fundraisers of the year and require significant volunteer support before, during, and after each event.
Individuals interested in an Event Planning Committee position may contact Hobo’s Healing Heart through the “Contact Us” link on our website and enter “Event Planning Committee Interest” in the subject line. Please include a brief description of your qualifications, relevant experience, and why you are interested in becoming involved with Hobo’s Healing Heart. The President and/or Vice President will follow up with interested individuals to discuss the opportunity and answer any questions. (Volunteer positions may lead to a position on the Board of Directors, if qualified & interested).
