Fun & Friends has an exciting volunteer opportunity coming up next month for local families who have a child, (of any age) with a disability, rare disease, genetic condition or who is on the spectrum.
We are hosting our first All Family Picnic on Sunday, July 13th from 3-6pm at the Upper Tuthill Park Shelter. We have arranged to have some fun entertainment, engaging activities, and will be serving a hot dog dinner for all families and individuals in attendance. This event is FREE for families to attend and enjoy.
We are looking for 5-7 volunteers to:
• Help set up (starting at 1:30)
• Serve dinner
• Operate the snow cone machine
• Run the craft table (coloring sheets & friendship bracelets)
• Help with activities (bubbles & chalk) Clean up & take-down
If you are available and interested in filling any of those positions for our picnic, we would love to have you there! It should be a super fun, laid back event—and hey, you’ll get to see a free magic show.
