The Children's Connection Assistant will: Assist support groups for school-aged children who have or have had an incarcerated family member. The support groups will meet in elementary and middle schools during school hours. Provide information and assist in presentations about Children's Connection to the school counselors and teachers. Provide referrals, to outside agencies, for individual and family counseling when needed to benefit children of incarcerated parents. Participate in Children's Connection staff meetings. Assist with Children's Connection family events. Requirements: Degree in Human Services Field or equivalent experience.
