On behalf of the Winter Solstice Gathering Committee, we would like to thank you for your interest in donating your time to this worthwhile event. We are hoping to meet with volunteers sometime before the event on Friday, December 9th, 2022, 5:30-7:00 pm. This event is sure to be a fun and rewarding way to serve our community!
We are seeking 40-65 volunteers with light duties before during and after the event.
5 volunteers 9:00 am - 12:00 pm for set-up including tables, and chairs.
5 volunteers 12:00 am - 3:00 pm for set-up including food serving area and decor.
40 volunteers 5:00 - 7:00 pm during the event to help serve food, bus tables, carry food for families that need extra help, and greet people.
15 volunteers 6:00 - 8:00 pm for tear-down including putting tables and chairs away and light clean-up.
