Members will work with other committee members and Girl Scouts—Dakota Horizons to identify, request & secure donations for silent/live auction items to include goods and/or services, gift cards or fun local experience opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend committee meetings monthly meetings will begin in January 2023. Meeting dates and times will vary, typically last 1 hour and are schedule to accommodate volunteer schedules.
- Adhere to and follow a specific timeline in order to complete tasks.
- Assist in soliciting volunteers to help during pre-event and day-of event with set-up/tear-down and other roles throughout the event.
- Participate in post-event evaluation meeting to make recommendations on any potential improvements or growth opportunities.
- Attend the event and participate as a volunteer during the event activities on Thursday, September 21, 2023 at The District in Sioux Falls.
