Assistance is needed to help with crowd control. Volunteers will meet at 4:30 for orientation and instruction. They remain at their assigned duty until the parade is over at approximately 8:30 p.m. Volunteers will be assigned posts that are in staging area and along the parade route. it is suggested that you dress in warm layers and be sure to include warm shoes, gloves, and a cap; bring a working flashlight and cell phone; and wear the assigned Festival of Lights vest. You are allowed to bring hot liquids and snack food for personal use. Absolutely no alcohol allowed. All volunteers stay at their assigned post until released by Festival of Lights committee person.
