Volunteer: Stipend volunteer opportunityAs a Senior Companion, you will work one-on-one with individuals who need a little extra help to remain independent. You’ll visit your Senior Companion client on a regular schedule that fits both your availability and your client’s needs - whether it’s weekly, bi-weekly, or more frequently. Our Senior Companions engage in a variety of activities, including but not limited to: companionship, playing games, enjoying hobbies together, assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation, light household tasks, providing respite for caregivers Income eligible Senior Companions receive: A tax-free stipend of $4.00 per hour to help cover your volunteer expenses.
