Volunteer: 5th Annual Women VetsConnect Wellness Retreat Set-upVolunteer Opportunity: Event Set‑Up Crew (7:00–9:00 AM) Help us prepare for the Women VetsConnect Wellness Retreat, a statewide gathering supporting women veterans and military partners. With more than 40 vendors, plus presenters and guests arriving, we need a strong team to get everything ready before the event begins. Shift Time: 7:00 AM–9:00 AM Location: Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls What Volunteers Will Do: We will begin promptly at 7:00 AM with a brief 15‑minute meeting and introductions. After that, we’ll get right to work. Volunteers will assist with: Unloading and carrying vendor materials into the building Guiding vendors to their assigned tables and spaces Setting up tables, chairs, signage, and resource booths Helping presenters move in their supplies Supporting general event set‑up Other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth start to the dayThis is a great opportunity for volunteers who enjoy hands‑on teamwork and want to help create a warm, organized welcome for those attending this meaningful retreat.
