The Center of Hope has a winter clothing ministry that could use your touch! Winter outerwear items (coats, snow pants, boots, gloves/hats/scarves are donated. The items are sorted, evaluated (checking if zippers work, looking for rips, spots, etc) and then tagged. Shelves and racks may need to be re-stocked. Volunteers will go through a short training process on their first visit. This volunteer opportunity has flexibility built into it! Once trained, a volunteer can comes back as their schedule allows or can commit to the same block of time each week. This is an opportunity to have fun working alone or with a friend or two. We'd love to have you help us out!

Greet guests as they come into the Center of Hope Care Center, answer phone calls, assist in referrals, share the Good News of Jesus to anyone who is willing to listen, direct guests needing assistance to pastoral staff in Care Center, etc.

Center of Hope Free Evening Clinic is available for uninsured individuals and families every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:30pm. Another clinic night may be added due to the increased patient load we have been experiencing this past year (to be determined at a later date). Medical staff (e.g. Registered Nurses, Providers, etc.) are needed to keep the clinic open to the public. As the Center of Hope Free Evening Clinic medical staff care for the physical needs of our patients, the Prayer Partner addresses our patients' spiritual needs. Center of Hope offers free clothing and winter gear for individuals and families in need and affordable clothing and winter gear for those who want to "stretch their dollar." Clothing Ministry volunteers help stock the Care Center with clothing and winter gear, organize the clothing rooms, and assist in the Care Center. We have the most need for Clothing Ministry volunteers in the Fall months as we prepare for our busy winter season.

Center of Hope exists to walk alongside people to promote physical and spiritual health, and ultimately change our community one life at a time. Board members work alongside our Executive Director to govern the Center of Hope as a whole. 3-year commitment. Must be approved by the Center of Hope Board of Directors.

Center of Hope sends Newsletters to their supporters every other month. Since they do not hire anyone to stuff their Newsletters, they rely on volunteers to stuff them for them. Restore donated bicycles to meet our standards, create a Christian culture around bicycles, assist and teach guests bicycle repair, and keep the Bike Ministry clean and organized. Flexible schedule. Training is provided.
